Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO Speak Out About Their Divorce

Both Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO have recently spoken out for the first time amid a whirlwind of divorce speculation, addressing a few key topics about the longtime couple's split.
After nearly a decade of marriage, the pair announced last week that they were filing for divorce. Since then, both Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO have addressed the situation publicly.
Court records show that Jelly Roll filed for divorce in Williamson County on May 18, citing irreconcilable differences following an argument on Mother's Day, according to Bunnie XO. During his show in Saratoga Springs, New York, Jelly Roll spoke for the first and possibly last time about the subject.
"It's the only time and the only city I'm going to speak about this, so break your camera phones out now," he said. "Me and my wife are best friends. We will always be best friends. We just got off the phone earlier today. Nobody cheated on nobody. She just did a whole podcast about it. You can go watch it. Every word of it is the truth."
Jelly Roll's comment follows Bunnie XO's latest "Dumb Blonde" podcast episode, where the influencer revealed that despite their split, the couple still plans to raise a child together through surrogacy. In February, the couple revealed that they had acquired a surrogate after struggling for years with fertility issues.
"J is my best friend. Like, this isn't what you guys think this is," Bunnie XO revealed on her podcast. "Nobody cheated on the other person. We just served our purpose for each other."
During the same podcast episode, Bunnie XO also revealed one piece of information that has stirred up a multitude of mixed opinions on social media. She stated that Jelly Roll has already begun dating since their split last month, encouraging listeners that his "DMs are open."
"Daddy Roll is probably in his finest season," she said. "He looks so good. He is healthier than he's ever been. He's even started dating, which is great. I love that."
Despite the split, the couple remains friends, according to both Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO. To shut down any stray rumors, Jelly Roll left his concert crowd with one final message on the matter.
"That will be my best friend forever. This is the only time I will ever speak about it. Bunnie, I love you baby. Thank you for those 10 years. They were incredible. Thank you for the next 10 years of friendship and 20 beyond that."
