Wednesday evening was an evening of great music and women empowering women. Hosted by Leslie Fram, music industry veteran and founder of FEMco, the event provided a platform to showcase females in the Nashville music scene.

Uplifting women in music is essential to building a more honest and representative industry, especially in country music where female artists receive disproportionately less radio play and streaming support despite strong talent and storytelling. Supporting women shouldn't be treated as a passing trend or marketing moment, but should be essential to how we move forward as an industry. Long-term change means creating consistent opportunities, amplifying diverse voices, and ensuring that future generations of women in country music are heard, respected, and celebrated. That is exactly what was being done on Wednesday evening at the She Is The Music / FEMco event at Anzie Blue.
“We want to give females a space to fail, but fail forward," stated music industry dealmaker and Anzie Blue owner, Marcie Allen Van Mol.
The talented performers not only shared their music but also connected with the audience by opening up about their personal journeys and upcoming projects. Leslie Fram conducted thoughtful interviews with each artist, offering them a meaningful platform to share their stories and amplify their voices.
