The Grand Ole Opry and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital joined forces Sunday night in Nashville for St. Jude Night at the Opry. This event was a star-studded evening celebrating the country music community’s continued support for St. Jude’s lifesaving mission. The night featured standout performances from Kelsea Ballerini, Charles Kelley, Mitchell Tenpenny, Anne Wilson, Ty Herndon, Kat Luna, and Riders In The Sky, with $5 from every Opry ticket sold going directly to St. Jude to help fight childhood cancer.

St. Jude Night at the Opry wasn’t just about the music, it was filled with heartfelt moments that showcased the power of the partnership. St. Jude patients Harper and Annzie took to the stage to introduce performers and later joined Kelsea Ballerini for a joyful surprise dance during “IF YOU GO DOWN, (I’M GOIN’ DOWN TOO).”
Many artists and crew members also sported the brand-new Music Gives shirt, this year’s exclusive design for Partners In Hope, St. Jude’s monthly donors.
The shirts were launched at St. Jude Night at the Opry.

Country music has long stood beside St. Jude, helping to raise millions for research and treatment since the hospital’s founding in 1962.
Thanks to efforts from artists, radio partners, and programs like #ThisShirtSavesLives and Country Cares, the survival rate for childhood cancer has risen from 20% to more than 80%. Through initiatives like Music Gives to St. Jude Kids®, the industry continues to help raise over $70 million annually, ensuring that no family ever receives a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.
St. Jude Night at the Opry was everything heartfelt and good about Country Music. This long standing partnership shows the heart of the community and its passion to give back.
