Waylon Wyatt’s debut album arrived today under circumstances few artists would expect on one of the biggest days of their career. The 19-year-old country singer revealed that he had been hospitalized and diagnosed with sepsis as “Dustpiles,” his first full-length project, was released. Wyatt shared the update from a hospital bed on social media while holding up a copy of the album.

Gavin Adcock released his latest single, “The Day I Hang It Up,” this Friday, pairing the new music with the surprise that this song will be the title track of his upcoming album. The Day I Hang It Up is scheduled to arrive Oct. 2 and will feature 25 tracks, including previously released songs “Wannabe” and “Cheap Thrills,” featuring Hudson Westbrook.
