Thomas Rhett was present at a press conference for GEODIS Park today, which included some very special announcements. The country star and longtime friend Niall Horan will be headlining the show of the summer at GEODIS Park in July.

The pair will play only two shows together, one in Music City and the other in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Although being friends for "nearly a decade", the duo has never toured together before. Rising stars Kashus Culpepper and Emily Ann Roberts were also invited by the duo to play alongside them at both shows.

The country star talked about how special these upcoming shows are, as they move into a co-headline show. "We've been on the phone talking a lot about how we want it to go," said Rhett. "We are going to do our own sets, and then finish with a nice, thirty-minute encore," which will be an experience like no other duo's co-headlining set before.

Rhett discussed his excitement for his upcoming tour and kicking it off in his hometown. He details how hometown shows are always the most fun, but full of pressure. "Everyone you know shows up in the meet and greet," said Rhett when discussing hometown show nerves. Rhett also discussed his love for Nashville FC and GEODIS, detailing his recent experience attending a game with his family.

Alongside the Thomas Rhett X Niall Horan announcement, the press conference detailed a lot of exciting events coming for GEODIS and Nashville. GEODIS was just named the Men's Japanese Soccer Team's World Cup base camp, where the national team will use its training facilities. GEODIS also announced that the stadium will host Olympic soccer matches during the 2028 Olympic Games.

Nashville has an exciting summer of sports and music to come!
